Many companies large and small contact us concerning wholesale programs.
Below are few of the common questions often asked about our products.
Q. What is the minimum order for towels? Q. Do we need to provide our Vendor's license? Q. Is that one color only or a combination of colors? Q. Do you need our Vendors License or Tax ID? Q. What is the cost to ship 12 towels? Q. How long does it take to fulfill an order?
A. The minimum quantity is 12 towels at $19.95 per towel.
A. Yes, on the "Blanket Exemption Certificate" form, the Ohio Vendor's License should be listed.
We'll need that in order to sell the towels to you at wholesale for resale to the public.
A. You can order any color as long as the order total is 12 or
more.
A. Since you will not be charged sales tax and getting a cheaper price for
resale purposes, yes we will.
A. The cost depends on the quantity ordered. We charge what it costs to ship the
towels to you plus a $4 charge for handling/packaging. Expedited charges apply
for air shipments. Call for specific air rates and delivery schedules.
A. If the towel is in stock, we fulfill the order within 48 hours.
Backordered product will produce a follow up via email.
Q. How do we pay for the product and when?
A. All wholesale orders require a credit card for payment (unless accompanied by
credit references, then the orders are N30) and are billed at the
time the order is shipped.
