A. Our guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Tot Towel purchase, simply return it in new condition within 30 days. We will replace it or refund the product price, whichever you prefer.

Q. How much do Tot Towels cost, price or pricing?
A. Tot Towels are just $27.00 each plus applicable sales tax, shipping and handling. Ask us about wholesale pricing.  Individuals can also receive discounts too . 10 or more of any towels = 10% and 20 or more of any towels = 20%.  Shipping is $20 for 10 to 23 towels and $25 for 24 or more towels.

Q. Do you accept credit cards payments?
A. Tot Towels does accept Novus/Discover, Mastercard and Visa as payment.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Tot Towels ships U.S. Postal Service (USPS) standard mail within the United States. All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours. If you need current rates for Rush, Overnight Delivery, or International Orders, please call us at 937.776.9774.

Q. Do you ship outside the USA?
A. Tot Towels does ship outside the USA. Shipping cost are actual cost and will be determined prior to shipping.

Q. Can you ship to multiple addresses?
A. Yes, but you must calculate charges for each delivery address.
